From the Manufacturer's website: The controlling and evaluation software Sophi developed by LTB controls all spectrometer and detector functions. After transforming the three-dimensional image information into wavelength-dependent intensity values, all lines of the spectrum are automatically analyzed with an integrated data base and assigned to the corresponding elements. The data base contains approximately 42,000 emission lines of the NIST Atomic Spectra Database. A context window for each spectral line with information on the measured position of the line, the energy states, possible overlapping lines from the database can be displayed.
