A different method for performing Calibration Free LIBS is outlined. In it, the spectra for the expected elements are generated, then key parameters are optimised to produce the best fit to the sample spectra. The aim is to produce a method that does not require operator skill to identify element peaks accurately. Comparison analysis is made on bauxite, brass/bronze, mineral samples and lab air. Bauxite samples were analysed in He. |
